Slide Gates

Slide gates are a good option for applications where a traditional swing gate won’t work. This includes inclines/grades, space considerations, high traffic / high cycle systems, and larger openings. Cantilever slide gates are designed with either an aluminum top track or a steel or aluminum bottom slide track. These tracks will slide back and forth on trolleys and assist with guide rollers as needed. These mechanisms are more complicated than a swing gate and do require regular maintenance to keep in good working order. Programmed maintenance plans can be a good idea.
